Swiss Ball - For Strength, Tone, and Posture

The Swiss Ball was developed in 1963 by Italian plastics manufacturer Aquilino Cosani, who pioneered a unique process for molding large, colorful balls, wich could be fillled with air. Mary Quinton, a British physiotherapist working in Switzerland, began using these balls in treatment programs for newborns and infants and subsequently introduced the to the UK.
